Avoid acid forming foods such as meat, dairy, synthetic chemicals, processed and refined sugars and carbs. When there aren’t enough minerals in your diet, your body pulls them from your bones – and that’s definitely not the best for long term health.
I always start my day off with a cup of warm water with lemon or apple cider vinegar and cinnamon, or green tea. In addition, if you can try to drink lemon throughout the day - that is a bonus! Lemons are acidic in their natural form, but lemon water is alkaline-forming in the body - citrus fruits are great for balancing pH levels.
