1 cup walnuts
1/4 cup pecans
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
6 Medjool dates, pitted
1 teaspoon coconut oil
3 tablespoons raw cocoa powder
1 tablespoon almond butter
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground or fresh ginger
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1-2 pinches cayenne pepper, black pepper, and paprika
*If you don't necessarily need a paleo or Whole30 recipe, replace the almond butter with 2tbs pure maple syrup!
Blend walnuts, pecans, pumpkin seeds, and sesame seeds until they begin to form a nut-butter paste.
Add rest of the ingredients and process until combined.
Press into bite-sized balls in the palm of your hand and roll to finish.
